How the partnership works
The Hospitable integration is the easy part: connect once, and your listings, photos, amenities, and availability sync to Travina automatically.

Who travel advisors are, and why this is a different kind of booking channel
Travel advisors are professional trip planners. Their clients pay them to design vacations, source the right homes, and handle the logistics. This means by the time an advisor reaches out to you about a property, the guest is already qualified, pre-vetted, and ready to book.
Unlike an OTA, advisors are not a marketplace between you and the guest. They communicate with you directly, build relationships with your portfolio over time, and bring repeat business once they know your homes deliver. You retain full control over pricing and policies. The booking itself happens between you and the advisor. Travina just makes the introduction.
Advisors are compensated through a commission you set, paid only when a stay is completed. There are no per-booking platform fees, no take-rate on your nightly rate, and you keep 100% of your room revenue.
For most hosts, this is an entirely new channel. One that doesn’t compete with your OTA traffic or your direct bookings, but adds a third lane: planned-ahead, higher-value, advisor-driven stays.
