By joining Travina, I agree to:

  • Represent all properties accurately, including photos, descriptions, and amenities.

  • Honor commission agreements with agents and pay within 45 days of guest checkout.

  • Only cancel confirmed bookings under extreme circumstances (such as property damage, safety concerns, or unforeseen emergencies).

  • Provide clear communication with agents regarding availability, policies, and guest needs.

For Travel Agents

By joining Travina, I agree to:

  • Represent clients’ needs honestly and book properties that match their requirements.

  • Clearly communicate booking details, changes, or cancellations to property managers in a timely manner.

  • Respect property policies (e.g., payment terms, cancellation policies, house rules) and ensure clients are informed.

  • Honor agreed-upon commission arrangements and maintain transparency in transactions.

  • Foster professionalism and mutual respect in all communications with property managers.
