Connecting Your Hospitable Account to Travina

Sync your Hospitable properties to your Travina dashboard so they’re discoverable by travel advisors.

What this does

When you connect Hospitable to Travina, we’ll automatically pull your property listings — names, descriptions, photos, amenities, capacity details, and average nightly pricing — into your Travina dashboard. Advisors searching for properties will be able to find yours, send inquiries, and (when enabled) book direct.

Your Hospitable account stays the source of truth. Edit anywhere in Hospitable and your Travina listings update at the next sync (typically within one hour).

Before you start

You’ll need:

  • An active Hospitable account with at least one property
  • An active Travina property manager account and a  subscription

 

⚠️ Choose your Travina plan before connecting Hospitable.
You’ll need an active Travina property manager subscription before your properties can sync. If you connect Hospitable without an active plan, your account will sit in “Connected but Inactive” mode and no properties will appear until you pick a plan.

Step-by-step

1. Sign in to Travina

Go to travina.co and sign in to your property manager account.

2. Open your Integrations page

From your dashboard sidebar, click Integrations.

3. Click “Connect Hospitable”

Click the Connect Hospitable button. You’ll be redirected to Hospitable to sign in.

4. Sign in to Hospitable and authorize Travina

If you’re not already signed in to Hospitable, you’ll see Hospitable’s login screen. Sign in with your Hospitable credentials.

Once signed in, Hospitable will show you exactly what Travina is requesting access to.

We only request read permissions. Travina cannot create reservations, change your pricing, or modify anything in your Hospitable account.

Click Allow to authorize the connection.

5. You’ll be returned to Travina

Hospitable will redirect you back to your Travina dashboard. You’ll see a confirmation that your account is connected, and your first sync will begin automatically within a few seconds.

6. Watch your properties appear

Refresh your My Properties page in Travina after a couple of minutes. Your Hospitable properties will populate one by one with all their details.

Fields that don’t have a Hospitable equivalent (like commission percentage) remain fully editable in Travina and will never be overwritten by a sync.

How often does Travina sync?

Travina checks Hospitable for updates once per hour. If you make a change in Hospitable, expect it to appear in Travina within an hour.

Average pricing is calculated once per day.

Troubleshooting

My properties haven’t appeared yet.
The first sync usually completes within 5 minutes.  If you have any issues, contact us at support@travina.co.

I see “Hospitable Integration is Connected but Inactive.”
This means your Hospitable account is connected but you don’t have an active Travina subscription. Your properties won’t sync until you choose a plan. Choose a plan here.

Some of my Hospitable properties aren’t showing.
Travina syncs all properties on your active plan. If you have more properties in Hospitable than your plan supports, the extras will be skipped. You can change your plan to sync more properties.

A field is showing the wrong information.
For Hospitable-managed fields (description, photos, amenities, etc.), edit the data in Hospitable and the next sync will pull the correction. For Travina-only fields (commission, airport info, etc.), you can edit those directly on your Travina property page.

I want to change a property’s photos or description.
Make the change in Hospitable. Travina will sync the update within an hour.

I want to disconnect Hospitable.
Go to Integrations → click Disconnect. Your Travina account remains active and your existing listings stay live, but they’ll stop syncing from Hospitable. Reconnect anytime to resume sync.

Security

  • We never store your Hospitable password — we use Hospitable’s official OAuth flow, which means your credentials stay with Hospitable
  • You can revoke Travina’s access anytime by disconnecting from your Travina Integrations page
  • We only have read access — Travina can never modify anything in your Hospitable account
