Introducing the Travina Launch Partner Program

We have some news we’ve been working toward for a long time: the Travina Launch Partner Program is open, and we’re inviting a founding group of property managers onto the platform ahead of advisor bookings beginning in mid-July.

If you’re new here, a quick recap of what Travina is. Travel advisors book more than $100 billion in US travel every year, and their clients keep asking for vacation rentals. But the big listing platforms pay advisors nothing and give them no way to reach the person behind a listing, so that whole channel has been closed to vacation rentals. Travina opens it. Property managers list their properties with commission rates displayed upfront, advisors find them and connect directly, and bookings run through the property manager’s own direct booking channel. We never process the booking and we never take a percentage of a reservation. Property managers pay a flat subscription, and advisors join free.

What launch partners get

We’re keeping the founding group small and working closely with every partner in it. Launch partners get their platform fees waived through the beta period, and we set everything up for you. If you use Hospitable, your listings and availability sync automatically. If you don’t, send us your listing links and we’ll build your profile ourselves. Either way, every launch partner has a direct line to the two of us for anything, from commission questions to positioning your properties for advisor searches.

What we’ve been building

Sara is a working travel advisor who identified a gap in the industry, so the platform is built around what advisors actually need to recommend a property with confidence. Advisors can filter by the details their clients ask for, such as waterfront or mountain cabin, and listings show the commission information upfront. Advisors and property managers message each other directly on the platform. Both sides track bookings and commissions in a shared dashboard, so there’s never a question about what’s owed, to whom, or when. And advisors can build client proposals from the properties they find, which means your homes end up in front of the traveler making the decision.

Every member on both sides is individually vetted, and everyone signs the Travina Pledge, our code of conduct covering listing accuracy, timely commission payment, and professional communication. The point of Travina is that the people you meet here are worth meeting.

Why now

Advisors begin booking with launch partners in early August. The founding partners who are live before then are the properties advisors see first, and advisor relationships compound: the property managers they discover early become the ones they return to. If you’ve been thinking about the advisor channel, this is the moment where being early actually means something.

New to how the advisor channel works? Our property manager’s guide walks through the whole thing, from first inquiry to commission paid. Ready to apply? It takes about two minutes.
